This role focuses on the people side of change—guiding adoption of changes to processes, systems, and technology. The individual partners with leaders to drive adoption and utilization of cybersecurity strategic priorities to increase benefit realization, value creation, return on investment, and achievement of results and outcomes. The consultant will create and implement organizational change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. They will coach and support leaders to serve as organizational change agents, provide consultative expertise to project teams to integrate organizational change management activities into their project plans, and build cross-functional relationships at all levels to effectively influence and drive organizational initiatives throughout a matrixed environment.

This individual should be able to lead cybersecurity changes from start to finish using existing tools and processes. They will exercise independent judgment and decision-making on complex issues, working under minimal supervision while analyzing variable factors to determine the best course of action. The consultant should also be proficient in creating change deliverables such as trainings, articles, and communications tailored for different stakeholders. Given the high degree of complexity, the role requires a unique combination of skills, including a strong understanding of cybersecurity, experience as an OCM practitioner, and the ability to perform independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement organizational change management strategies and plans to drive adoption of cybersecurity initiatives

• Coach and support leaders to serve as effective change agents within the organization

• Provide consultative expertise to project teams to integrate organizational change management activities into project plans

• Build and maintain cross-functional relationships at all levels to influence and drive cybersecurity-related organizational initiatives

• Lead cybersecurity change initiatives from start to finish using existing tools and processes

• Develop and deliver change-related materials such as training, communications, and articles for diverse stakeholders

• Exercise independent judgment in decision-making and problem-solving on complex issues related to cybersecurity and change management

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as an Organization Change Management Consultant/Lead

• 3+ years of technical experience in the Cybersecurity field

• Experience working closely with large Cybersecurity technology teams with enterprise-wide impact

• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a Technical Field

Certifications

• PROSCI-Certified Change Management Practitioner
