We’re a fast-scaling financial firm with an in-house marketing division, national ad campaigns, and a growing media presence through The Wealth Guardian and The Gold Standard Podcast.

We’re looking for a Project Manager to own execution across design, content, website, email, and partnership initiatives — ensuring all marketing projects are completed on time, on brand, and in coordination with internal and external teams.

Position Overview

Project Coordinator will oversee Cedar Gold Group’s day-to-day marketing and creative execution.

This role bridges design, marketing, and operations — ensuring content, campaigns, and deliverables flow efficiently from idea to execution using Asana as the central project management system.

You’ll coordinate with:

  • Chief Marketing Officer for creative and campaign execution
  • In-House Market Analyst for weekly blog and email content
  • External Agencies for ad creative and web support
  • Internal Teams for approvals, launches, and reporting

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on structure, organization, and creative momentum.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Media

  • Manage production timelines, resources, and approvals for digital content, maintaining alignment across creative, marketing, and channel teams
  • Develop optimal content calendars to maintain consistent posting dail and/or /weekly across Meta (FB/ IG) LinkedIn, YouTube (Videos + Shorts), and X
  • Manage short-form video (Reels, clips, podcast snippets) posting and tracking
  • Repurpose long-form content (blogs, videos, press) into short-form video and written social content, optimized for designated channels
  • Assist in scripting or producing short-form video content with select collaborators for high-volume, short-form, and topical content for applicable social channels
  • Community management to engage, comment, and interact with Cedar Gold Group’s followers, industry publications, and thought leaders
  • Flag qualified leads or DMs for the sales team
  • Implement systems to track, monitor, report weekly on post performance and engagement to guide ongoing content optimization

Creative & Marketing Execution

  • Manage all design and creative projects through Cedar’s Project Management System (Asana), developing Projects, organizing collaborators, assigning needed team members, and tracking tasks through completion
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and external agencies to ensure deliverables are complete in timely manners, meeting due dates, and align with Cedar Gold Group’s brand standards
  • Maintain an organized asset library for ongoing projects and one-off initiatives (logos, brand guidelines, compliance disclaimers, paid media assets, along with regularly used design elements)
  • Manage paid ad creative submissions, revisions, approvals, and compliance sign-offs
  • Coordinate production schedules for photoshoots, filming sessions, and manage communications between all relevant individuals involved in the project (day/times, locations, deliverables, timelines, etc ).

Email & Newsletter Operations

  • Manage week-to-week production of Cedar Gold’s newsletter, The Weekly Gold Roundup (Written by our in-house Market Analyst)s
  • Coordinate with responsible team members for copywriting needs, select design elements, and other various to include in a given week
  • Format final sending assets for delivery to through email and web distribution
  • Assist in building and deploying ongoing SMS and Internal Email marketing blasts to specified contact segments (lists), ensuring provided suppression lists are in place to maintain deliverability and domain reputation
  • Manage clean filing systems with organized naming conventions within Cedar Gold Group’s cloud stage system(s), archiving previous newsletters, blog posts, and market updates
  • Pro-actively structure timelines, coordinate with needed collaboration tasks, track relevant design assets for unique and/ or special-edition SME an Internal Email sends around ideas like: impactful 1, major market events, new content drops
  • Track open and click rates, providing insight on performance.

Website & Funnel Support

  • Update Cedar Gold’s online properties and main website weekly (blogs, press, new content)
  • Keep project management systems up to date with relevant tasks for landing pages, page copy, design, visual elements, integrations, and/or troubleshooting requests
  • QA landing pages, lead form captures, funnel redirects, and ensure all links, tracking, and integrations run smoothly
  • Manage relationships and communications with web designers, web developers, and/or external agencies to ensure project collaborators complete tasks and finish projects on time
  • Tracking & Reporting to monitor website analytics, while identifying opportunities to improve SEO and digital user experience

Brand Partnerships & PR

  • Manage Cedar Gold’s Content calendar to track timelines, deliverables, and necessary collaborators for various brand deals, endorsements, and PRs
  • Assist with the execution of brand partnerships and company endorsement deals
  • Coordinate with influencers, partners, or podcast guests to ensure deliverables, content, or preparation needs are communicated both internally and externally to all parties involved
  • Manage shared calendars and deliverables for all partnership launches.
  • Track partnership performance metrics and prepare summary reports.

Marketing Operations Support

  • Understand, organize, and optimize native Ai capabilities and in-platform automations for Cedar Gold’s Asana workspace
  • Daily workspace oversight keeping all projects, assigned tasks/subtasks, and workspace organization up to date
  • Lead weekly marketing stand-ups with CMO & Research Analyst
  • Assist with reporting & tracking campaign performance data and budget allocations from agency partners
  • Prepare internal decks or one-page recaps for leadership meetings
  • Handle coordination for podcast uploads, media assets, and brand decks
  • Assist with internal events, investor webinars, and occasional trade show logistics.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, project management, or creative operations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills — comfortable managing 10–20 active projects at once
  • Experience with Asana (or similar Project Management systems like Monday or Trello)
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and creative production
  • Strong communication skills with designers, writers, and executives
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Canva, and email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar) preferred
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment

Compensation & Structure

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 Starting Salary

Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday, 10AM – 6 PM (in-office in Miami preferred)

Reports To : Founder/COO & CMO

Works Closely With : Chief Marketing Officer, Research Analyst, External Agencies
