This role is accountable for revenue performance, conversion, and operational effectiveness across platforms. Success requires strong technical judgment, comfort operating independently, and the ability to continuously improve complex eCommerce systems using data.

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon Channel Management:

  • Own all Amazon Seller Central operations, driving growth through data‑driven strategies and execution.
  • Develop and achieve Amazon‑specific revenue goals, leveraging sales forecasts and key performance metrics.
  • Monitor market share, competitor performance, and shopper trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Optimize Amazon product listings, storefront pages, and A+ Content to maximize conversions, collaborating with Marketing to create creative assets.
  • Implement keyword strategies, SEO optimizations, and content updates to boost organic rankings.
  • Manage Amazon Paid Media campaigns in collaboration with third‑party partners, ensuring ROI and brand visibility.
  • Monitor and enforce MAP compliance, addressing unauthorized sellers and minimizing violations.
  • Execute Amazon‑specific experiments such as A/B testing to optimize content, listings, and advertising strategies.

Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC):

  • Own and manage Shopify stores for both brands, implementing initiatives to improve user experience and increase conversions.
  • Collaborate on the development of DTC marketing strategies, including email/SMS campaigns.
  • Lead the execution of paid media and SEO initiatives.
  • Analyze and optimize website performance, including traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior, using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Manage Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales.
  • Develop seasonal and annual online marketing calendars in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Build and maintain eCommerce technology infrastructure to support specific initiatives.
  • Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and post‑purchase feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in the customer journey.
  • Explore and execute innovative programs such as subscription services, bundling options, and loyalty programs.

General eCommerce Oversight:

  • Develop systems and processes for efficient order fulfillment and customer service.
  • Track and report on eCommerce performance, sharing insights with leadership and collaborating on actionable strategies.
  • Stay informed about emerging eCommerce trends and technologies to keep both brands competitive and innovative.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Revenue, conversion, and advertising efficiency are improving in a measurable and repeatable way.
  • Testing, optimization, and system improvements are executed consistently without needing close oversight.

You are a technically minded eCommerce leader who values ownership, precision, and results. You are comfortable operating independently, managing complex systems, and using data to drive decisions and improvements. You take a structured approach to problem‑solving, care about how systems are built and maintained, and prefer clear accountability over constant collaboration. You communicate clearly and focus on outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in eCommerce, ideally in the specialty food or outdoor industry.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Klaviyo, and other eCommerce applications, software, and platforms.
