Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, on-the-floor Senior Operations Leader to take full ownership of the metals and tins business. This role is ideal for a technically strong, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations within the metals and tin packaging business
• Drive engineering excellence, lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage production to achieve safety, quality and efficiency targets
• Collaborate with senior leadership to execute strategic growth plans
• Provide strong, visible floor leadership to inspire and develop teams

Qualifications

• Proven experience in metal and tin packaging operations (required)
• Strong engineering, lean, continuous improvement and production background
• Bonus: Experience with printing on metal
• Please note: Candidates from other packaging sectors will not be considered
