We are an e-commerce organization that distribute beauty and other lifestyle products throughout the world. The main role of this individual would be to own the delivery process to our B2B customers in North America - signing up and looking after 3PL partners in order to ensure on-time in-full delivery to our new and existing retail partners across U.S. and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Program Governance
- Master Gantt
- RAID log
- Budget
- Look after weekly steering committee in dealing with expanding into new B2B customers
- Prepare monthly CEO / board packs
Network and Building Out 3PL
- Select sites
- Manage request for proposals, negotiate contracts
- Maintain OTIF or other scorecards as required by our retail partners
System and Data
- Direct the rollout of DMS/WMS/EDI
- Ensure auto-ASN, FEFO and BI dashboards are in place
Regulatory Compliance
- Coordinate filings including but not limited to MoCRA / CNF, French language labelling
- Set up NRI tax filings
- Set up and manage quarterly mock-recall drills
Commercial Enablement
- Orchestrate go-live with KAMs
- Ensure operational costs are aligned to tiered-markup supply pricing
People and Organization
- Lead a cross-functional team with up to 10 people
- Deliver SOPs and training to direct team and other stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in FMCG organizations with proven experience in handling multiple nodes and/or 3PL transformation
- Hands-on experience with OMS/WMS integrations, EDI 850/856, GS1, OTIF scorecards
- Proven experience in delivering at least one U.S. or Canadian top retail compliance program such as Walmart SQEP, Target POL or the equivalent at Shoppers Drug Mart
- PMP / Prince2 or Lean Black Belt preferred
- Financial literacy and fluency —cap-ex business cases, duty economics, MPF/drawback.
- The individual may travel up to 50% of the time
