Pro Signs, a 77-year-old signage and branding company based near Philadelphia, PA, is expanding and seeking to add a Marketing Associate to our team.
Base pay range
$24.00/hr - $29.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Social media posts, growth, and content creation across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.
- Obtaining and developing testimonials, case studies, blogs, website updates, SEO optimization, closeout emails, client and staff surveys.
- Organizing and managing trade shows, photo library maintenance, monitoring website activity and web leads.
- Consistently communicating with staff (primarily Sales and Project Management), clients, and the Department Director.
- Coordinating project status through the appropriate departments, primarily under the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ marketing experience.
- High level of communication skills.
- Well organized and efficient.
- Multi‑tasking ability.
- Proficiency in Adobe, Canva, Windows/MS Office, Word, Excel.
- Experience in the signage and branding industry (highly preferred).
- Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously (highly preferred).
- Ability to analyze a variety of situations and effectively solve problems (highly preferred).
