Job Summary:

Builden Partners is a company focused on transforming legal marketing for law firms. They are seeking a Legal Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that support their law firm clients’ goals, requiring a blend of legal industry knowledge and strong writing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with and serve as the day-to-day contact for retainer and project-based law firm clients

• Research, plan and execute events and conference participation as well as coordinate strategic sponsorships

• Implement Builden’s marketing infrastructure model for clients, including: Developing thought leadership content and client newsletters, Creating playbooks to train clients to implement our marketing infrastructure model, Handling social accounts and website updates

• Lead client meetings, including preparing agendas and coordinating follow up

• Create, edit and update client press releases, biographies, practice group descriptions, social media posts, award nominations, invitations, website content, presentations, ad copy, brochure content and other content

• Manage our legal awards program, including researching and maintaining our awards calendar across all clients and drafting select award submission content

• Coordinate and support directory submissions, including Chambers and Legal 500

• Provide research and analysis for various initiatives

• Assist with new attorney onboarding

• Manage key elements of client brand and website redesigns

• Maintain and share analytics reports

Qualifications:

Required:

• 4-6 years of experience with in-house law firm experience strongly preferred

• A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business or related field

• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills

• An entrepreneurial mindset and a positive attitude

• Proficiency in social media platforms, CRMs and analytics tools

• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work proactively and independently

• A commitment to ongoing professional development
