Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representatives will be taking inbound calls in regards to customer orders, asking for updates, and troubleshooting issues over the phone. They will also be doing follow ups with customers with outbound calls and emails. They also will be assisting the sales team with processing contracts and invoices and different projects. Typical call volume is 40-50 calls per day. Qualifications: 1+ year of customer service - open to retail or restaurant, property management works Empathy while also being action oriented Proficient on Microsoft Suite -- especially Outlook but will train on Excel if necessary 45 WPM Schedule: 45 hours per week Monday-Friday, 7a-4:30p or 7:30a-5p Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MONONA, WI. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
