Experienced Dealership Sales Manager
Lithia Hyundai of Fresno is now hiring an experienced dealership sales manager. Job requirements: Must make outbound calls daily and set appointments. Must speak to customers daily and get involved in transactions by closing deals. Must manage and train sales team on sales processes and procedures. 3-5 yrs. experience as a dealership sales manager, required. Hyundai brand experience preferred, but not required. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual product and reserve income, and bonuses based on individual net PVR, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability.
