Lithia Hyundai of Fresno is NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED DEALERSHIP SALES MANAGER for a high-volume store. We are growing and seeking a team-oriented leader who believes in growing people and delivering results. Responsibilities
Make outbound calls daily and set appointments. Speak with customers daily and participate in transactions by closing deals. Manage and train the Sales Team on sales processes and procedures. Qualifications
3-5 years experience as a dealership Sales Manager, REQUIRED. Hyundai brand experience PREFERRED, but not required. Must be proactive and a high performer. Compensation and Benefits
The California pay range for this position is $200,000.00-250,000.00 annually. This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions based on individual product and reserve income, and bonuses based on individual net PVR, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
