Bilingual Customer Care Agent

WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Bilingual Customer Care Agent. They will manage a high volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues. Customer Care Agents must have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally, in a conversational manner. Being able to remain calm, cool, and collected in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment is a must. Responsibilities: Ability to quickly assess information and make decisions Ability to effectively multi-task and quickly navigate multiple systems Excellent verbal, written and keyboarding skills Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word) High school diploma or GED Customer service experience is a plus Punctual, dependable, and reliable Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management.
