About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced
Commercial Construction Superintendent
to lead field operations on complex projects including
medical/healthcare, industrial, and multifamily construction . This role is responsible for day-to-day jobsite leadership, safety, schedule execution, and quality control from mobilization through closeout.

Key Responsibilities
Lead all on-site construction activities from start to finish
Maintain project schedules and coordinate subcontractor sequencing
Enforce jobsite safety programs and OSHA compliance
Ensure work is performed per plans, specs, and quality standards
Coordinate inspections, testing, and regulatory requirements (especially healthcare environments)
Work closely with Project Managers, Owners, and Design Teams
Maintain daily reports, look‑ahead schedules, and field documentation
Drive accountability, productivity, and problem‑solving on site
Required Experience & Qualifications
7+ years of experience as a
Commercial Construction Superintendent
Local to Greater Philadelphia (KOP, South Jersey, Chester County, Montgomery County)
Proven experience with one or more of the following:
Medical / Healthcare facilities
Multifamily (podium, mid‑rise, or large‑scale)
Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Experience managing multiple subcontractors and trades
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with Procore or similar construction software (preferred)
Preferred Experience
Healthcare construction in active or occupied environments
Multifamily podium or urban projects
Local code and inspection process knowledge
OSHA 30 certification
