Insurance Agent Trainee $18 per hour | Paid Training | Career Growth | No Experience Required Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Pacific Time) Location: 12312 NE 76th St, Vancouver, WA 98682 What You’ll Do
Learn how to quote and sell auto, home, renters, and life insurance Work with real customers (no cold calling marathons) Follow up on internet and referral leads Learn agency systems, underwriting basics, and compliance Complete our structured training program that results in an insurance license within 45 days What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills (phone + written) Coachable attitude — we train hard and expect effort Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Sales or customer service experience is a plus — not required What You’ll Get
