Job Description: Investment Advisor – Inbound Sales Driven Investments is a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) specializing in helping employees optimize their employer retirement plans using self-directed brokerage accounts (SDBAs). We are seeking sales-focused Investment Advisors to handle inbound, marketing-booked appointments and guide prospects through becoming clients. This role is designed for candidates who are comfortable in consultative sales conversations, can follow a structured process, and are motivated by performance-based compensation. Key Responsibilities Conduct inbound sales calls with pre-qualified prospects Diagnose gaps in a prospect’s current retirement strategy Lead structured discovery conversations using a defined sales framework Educate prospects on employer SDBA benefits as they relate to their goals Address common objections clearly and confidently Close new clients and guide them through SDBA setup and onboarding Maintain accurate records and follow compliance procedures Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and call reviews Required Qualifications Strong communication, listening, and questioning skills Comfortable asking for commitment and closing Ability to follow a structured sales process Coachable and open to feedback Located in or near

Utah County, Utah Series 65 license

or ability to obtain prior to hire Compensation Base salary up to

$5,000 per month
