Real Estate Associate
to join its nationally integrated
Real Estate Practice in Los Angeles . This opportunity is ideal for an associate who is intellectually curious, highly motivated, and eager to work on sophisticated, high-stakes matters within a premier platform. This role offers exposure to market-leading real estate transactions across a broad range of asset classes and deal structures. The Real Estate Practice advises leading businesses, investors, and financial institutions on complex transactions across the full spectrum of commercial real estate. Matters span private equity investments, financings, REIT transactions, development projects, and real estate components of mergers and acquisitions. The team is known for its deep bench, cross-disciplinary integration, and ability to handle transactions at scale. Associates regularly collaborate with colleagues in finance, corporate, tax, and other related practices to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients. What You Can Expect
