What We’re Hiring We’re looking for someone who understands high-value users in crypto and Web3, can manage VIP relationships, drive trading activity, and deliver a premium level of service to VIP clients.
Experience & Skills 2+ years managing VIP or high-tier customers, ideally in the blockchain space. Solid understanding of crypto trading behaviour, customer lifecycles, and asset flows. Some skills in BD, operations, account management and excellent customer service. German Language. Bonus - Worked at a crypto exchange or similar.
