Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring exceptional client service, policy accuracy, and compliance. You'll work closely with our producers and clients to handle renewals, endorsements, and claims, all while leveraging your expertise in property and casualty (P&C) insurance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day servicing of commercial accounts, including policy renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and billing inquiries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing proactive advice and solutions to meet their insurance needs.
Collaborate with underwriters, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues and negotiate terms.
Utilize AMS360 agency management system for data entry, reporting, and workflow management.
Handle claims processing, audits, and compliance requirements.
Assist in identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities to grow client accounts.
Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and carrier updates to ensure best-in-class service.
Qualifications
Must hold a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License in California.
Proven experience as a Commercial Account Manager or similar role in the insurance industry.
Proficiency with AMS360 agency management software is required.
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, including general liability, workers' compensation, property, and auto.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
3+ years of relevant experience preferred; salary commensurate with experience.
