Job Summary
As an Account Executive, you'll play a key role in guiding clients through our debt relief process, from initial consultation to enrollment. You'll connect with warm leads (no cold calling), build trust quickly, and help clients find tailored solutions that align with their financial goals. This role is ideal for motivated sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven, supportive environment.
Preferred: Experience in financial services, debt relief, or related industries. Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred. Performance Expectations (What Success Looks Like) Consistent attendance and professionalism. Relentless drive to achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs). Average 1–2 client enrollments per day (top performers reach 3–4). Maintain a minimum 40% conversion rate. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary + Uncapped Commission - Top performers earn $60,000–$90,000+ OTE. Paid Training & Certification. Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance.
