This role requires associates to be in-office 2 days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday), fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. Credit & Collections Specialist

– responsible for collection activities related to past‑due health insurance premiums and/or past‑due health insurance claims. Responsibilities

Follow established guidelines and contact groups to collect past‑due insurance premiums and/or claims. Research validity of past‑due or disputed debt. Generate demand letters. Prepare reports reflecting status of credit and collection activities for management review. Minimum Requirements

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year of prior commercial debt collection experience; or any combination of education and experience providing an equivalent background. Equal Employment Opportunity
