Overview
Snow College seeks a highly motivated, results-oriented leader to serve as Admissions Recruitment Manager. This role leads frontline recruitment efforts to increase enrollment through strategic outreach and relationship-based recruitment. The Admissions Recruitment Manager coaches a team of Admissions Counselors, sets clear expectations, and drives measurable outcomes aligned with Snow College’s enrollment goals.
Responsibilities
Drive the performance of the College’s frontline recruitment efforts, translating enrollment goals into clear expectations, measurable outcomes, and actionable territory strategies.
Lead and coach a team of Admissions Counselors; hold them accountable for results while fostering a student-centered culture focused on continuous improvement.
Use data to guide decisions, set ambitious yet achievable goals, and monitor progress to ensure recruitment effectiveness and alignment with the College’s mission.
Expand the College’s reach, strengthen key pipelines, and deliver engaging recruitment experiences for prospective students and families across the state and on campus.

Required Qualifications
Two or more years of successful professional experience in higher education admissions, recruitment, outreach, business development, sales, and/or marketing, with demonstrated success meeting or exceeding performance goals.
Proven ability to supervise, coach, and develop professional staff in results-driven environments.
Experience setting goals, tracking KPIs, and using performance data to guide strategy and improve outcomes.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recruitment and outreach strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in business management, hospitality, education, or related field from an accredited institution.
Demonstrated success in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition roles, including pipeline management, conversion strategies, and performance-based outcomes.
Experience using CRM systems to manage prospects, track engagement, and evaluate performance.
Experience planning and executing large-scale recruitment, outreach, or promotional events.
Recruitment Team Leadership and Supervision
Provide direct supervision and leadership to a team of Admissions Counselors responsible for outreach and recruitment within assigned territories, as well as the Ambassador Advisor overseeing the Ambassador team and on-campus events.
Build and sustain a high-performing recruitment team culture focused on access, service, professionalism, accountability, and enrollment results.
Support the professional development of Admissions Counselors through onboarding, training, mentoring, feedback, and ongoing coaching.
Ensure effective and reputable Ambassador program and on-campus event and tour experiences.
Conduct regular employee observations during outreach activities and provide timely, actionable feedback.
Assist team in recruitment efforts in assigned territories.
Goal Setting, Performance Management, and KPIs
Establish team-wide recruitment and enrollment goals aligned with institutional enrollment priorities and access initiatives.
Guide individual Admissions Counselors in setting territory-specific goals informed by market conditions, historical performance, and institutional strategy.
Develop, monitor, and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress across the recruitment funnel, including outreach activity, applications, yield, and enrollment.
Hold staff accountable for performance expectations while providing support and coaching to improve outcomes.
Enrollment Data Analysis and Recruitment Strategy
Track and analyze enrollment data, recruitment activity, and territory performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Use data insights to inform recruitment strategies, prioritize markets, and allocate staff time and resources to maximize enrollment outcomes.
Partner with admissions leadership and reporting teams to ensure data accuracy and effective use of CRM and enrollment reporting tools.
Translate enrollment and performance data into clear, actionable strategies for the outreach team.
Statewide Outreach and External Partnerships
Coordinate with state affiliates and education partners to engage in statewide access and outreach events aligned with state policy, expectations, and priorities.
Represent Snow College at statewide recruitment initiatives, access programs, and collaborative outreach efforts.
Support the development and maintenance of positive relationships with counselors, educators, and community partners that contribute to sustainable recruitment pipelines.
Recruitment Events and On-Campus Engagement
Lead the Admissions Counselors as together you plan, coordinate, and execute statewide and on-campus recruitment events, including open houses, scholarship nights, yield events, and special outreach programs, with your position taking ultimate ownership of the events.
Collaborate with campus partners to ensure recruitment events are welcoming, well-organized, and aligned with enrollment and access goals.
Evaluate event effectiveness using attendance, engagement, and conversion metrics to inform continuous improvement.
