About The Role Center Carpentry is hiring an experienced
Lead Carpenter
to run hands-on production on high-quality residential remodels, additions, and custom builds.

craftsmanship, communication, and long-term relationships . If you take pride in your work and want to lead by example on the jobsite, you'll fit in well here.
Responsibilities
Lead daily production on residential jobsites
Work hands-on across framing, trim, cabinetry, windows/doors, siding, and finish work
Plan daily work, material needs, and sequencing
Coordinate and oversee specialty subcontractors
Train and mentor apprentices and carpenters
Maintain clean, organized, protected jobsites
Communicate progress with the Project Manager
Use JobTread for daily logs and updates
Qualifications
7+ years of residential carpentry experience (custom & finish work)
Proven ability to lead small crews
Strong skills in framing, finish, cabinetry, and exterior carpentry
Reliable transportation to Ashland-area jobsites
Professional tools and jobsite presence
Organized, accountable, and team-oriented mindset
Pay & Benefits
$36-$42/hr, based on experience and craftsmanship
