to run hands-on production on high-quality residential remodels, additions, and custom builds. We work for homeowners who value

Lead daily production on residential jobsites Work hands-on across framing, trim, cabinetry, windows/doors, siding, and finish work Plan daily work, material needs, and sequencing Coordinate and oversee specialty subcontractors Train and mentor apprentices and carpenters Maintain clean, organized, protected jobsites Communicate progress with the Project Manager Use JobTread for daily logs and updates What We're Looking For
7+ years of residential carpentry experience
(custom & finish work) Proven ability to lead small crews Strong skills in framing, finish, cabinetry, and exterior carpentry Reliable transportation to Ashland-area jobsites Professional tools and jobsite presence Organized, accountable, and team-oriented mindset Pay & Benefits
$36-$42/hr
