Responsible for planning social media advertising budget and strategy for paid campaigns on various channels. Build paid campaigns including ad optimization, targeting, bid strategy, placement, and attribution settings.
- Develop social and digital campaign media plans and present recommendations to business partners.
- Fully build and launch social media and digital advertising campaigns across various social ad platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads and Programmatic Ads.
- Boost social media posts.
- Manage billing and payment methods for campaign buying.
- Optimize campaigns as they run to increase performance.
- Build and present reports on campaign performance, with insights and recommendations for the future.
- Perform other related duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field is required.
- Four (4) years experience planning, building, and executing social and digital media advertising campaigns with budgets of $100,000 or more.
- A keen understanding of social media KPIs.
- Experience creating and testing tracking and conversion pixels.
- Ability to present to Business Partners and explain social and digital advertising campaign best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and campaigns concurrently while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships within the organization.
- Previous experience working in the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Digital photo and video content creation.
