Responsible for planning social media advertising budget and strategy for paid campaigns on various channels. Build paid campaigns including ad optimization, targeting, bid strategy, placement, and attribution settings.

  • Develop social and digital campaign media plans and present recommendations to business partners.
  • Fully build and launch social media and digital advertising campaigns across various social ad platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads and Programmatic Ads.
  • Boost social media posts.
  • Manage billing and payment methods for campaign buying.
  • Optimize campaigns as they run to increase performance.
  • Build and present reports on campaign performance, with insights and recommendations for the future.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field is required.
  • Four (4) years experience planning, building, and executing social and digital media advertising campaigns with budgets of $100,000 or more.
  • A keen understanding of social media KPIs.
  • Experience creating and testing tracking and conversion pixels.
  • Ability to present to Business Partners and explain social and digital advertising campaign best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and campaigns concurrently while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships within the organization.
  • Previous experience working in the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Digital photo and video content creation.
