Description
Stellar Management is seeking a part-time or full-time, entry-level Leasing Coordinator to support new residential leasing activity and manage lease renewals across Upper West Side and Upper East Side properties. This role supports on-site Leasing Agents and the management team by executing administrative and coordination functions across the full lead-to-lease lifecycle. The position has the potential to evolve into a full-time Leasing Coordinator or Leasing Agent role.

Support all activities related to apartment rentals, including marketing coordination, leasing administration, and prospect follow-up Manage the lead-to-lease pipeline from initial inquiry through application completion and lease execution support Respond to and track inbound leasing inquiries (StreetEasy, Zillow, etc.) Schedule and coordinate apartment tours with on-site leasing agents Communicate application requirements and leasing process to prospects Process and track incoming lease applications, including documentation collection and system updates Maintain accurate prospect and leasing activity records in CRM/Yardi Assist in preparation of leasing reports for management Lease Renewals
Administer the residential lease renewal process for assigned properties Prepare and distribute renewal notices in accordance with building schedules Track tenant responses and follow up as needed Coordinate approved renewal terms and documentation with management Maintain renewal trackers and ensure no missed expirations due to administrative error General Support
Coordinate with property management and operations teams on unit availability, access, and readiness Provide administrative support to on-site leasing agents as needed Maintain organized records and reporting across leasing and renewals Ideal candidate will possess the following attributes
Little to no prior real estate experience required, ideal for a college student or recent graduate Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Professional demeanor and reliability Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Yardi or similar systems a plus, not required Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule; occasional evenings/weekends may be required Growth Opportunity
This role provides exposure to both new leasing and lease renewals within a vertically integrated NYC real estate platform and may transition into a full-time Leasing Coordinator or Leasing Agent role based on performance and business needs.
