What You’ll Do: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the heart of our operations, providing outstanding service to crew members and passengers. Every day will be different, and your primary responsibilities will include:
Greeting and assisting customers with warmth and professionalism
Handling payment transactions using our proprietary software
Tracking aircraft fueling, payments, and maintaining cash drawer accuracy
Answering and transferring phone calls with courtesy and efficiency
Coordinating travel services such as hotels, car rentals, and catering orders
Communicating effectively with Aircraft Fuelers and Supervisors about customer needs and aircraft movements
Provide solutions to customer questions and service needs
Maintaining a clean and welcoming lobby area
Supporting additional duties as needed to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in customer service
Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team
Adaptability in fast-paced and changing environments
Must have a clean driving record for the past 3 years
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, pulling and pushing
Capable of lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs.

Work Schedule:
Shift: 1:00 – 9:00pm Wednesday – Saturday (afternoon and weekend shifts, some flexibility on days)
