Overview Job Overview This is a great opportunity that will give you responsibility for all sales activities in assigned accounts, delivering a unique customer experience, assisting sales representatives and multiple internal departments, and potentially handling projects simultaneously while also keeping up with clients’ day-to-day processes.

Responsibilities What does your day look like? Some of your duties may include:

Keying and verifying sales orders - Retail and Food Service

Answer telephone calls, direct calls to the appropriate contact, or assist with incoming sales calls

Greet customers and handle inquiries/order pickups as needed

Communications and paperwork for retail accounts and other departments, including purchasing, distribution, customer service, and accounts receivable

Identify and resolve customer concerns

Assist customers and sales reps with basic needs

Assist account managers with collections and credit issues

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

College degree preferred but not required

2–3 years of customer service or sales support experience

M-F 8am-4:30pm
