WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE This is a
full-time
position. To best serve our customers, you'll need to be flexible and available to work standard hours, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will step into the role of a trusted problem-solver and guide for our customers. From answering phone calls, emails, live chats, and social media messages to resolving issues quickly and professionally, you'll be the person customers turn to for help. You'll keep records of every interaction in our CRM system, ensuring no detail is missed. Your strong knowledge of our products and services will give you the confidence to provide accurate answers, while your empathy and patience will ensure every customer feels heard and valued. Collaboration with other departments will be part of your day as you work together to meet customer needs and improve overall service. You'll also play a role in gathering feedback and continuously sharpening your skills through training and development opportunities.
WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE?
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of customer service or support experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Empathy and patience when working with customers
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed
Preferred:
Associate degree or higher
Experience with helpdesk or customer support platforms
Familiarity with
