Proven track record of building client relationships and securing contracts with public agencies, private sector clients, or utility/infrastructure owners.
Deep understanding of the sales cycle for professional services, including pre‑positioning, capture planning, and proposal development.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand technical services and translate them into client‑focused solutions.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience with CRM platforms and business development reporting tools.
Ability to travel regularly to client sites, industry events, and company offices across the region or country.
