Supervise property personnel Interview and run unlawful detainer searches Rent/fee collection Maintain resident files Manage facility work orders and supply orders Manage pest control processes Report writing Annual re-certification tasks Tenant conflict resolution Perform 100% inspections Manage unit turnover process Refer residents to supportive services Serve violations/legal notices Coordinate move-outs Requirements
High school diploma or Equivalent Two or more years of affordable housing experience Computer literacy Customer service and property management background Status and Compensation
