A leading commercial law firm is seeking two experienced
Real Estate Paralegals
to support its busy real estate practice. These roles focus heavily on
commercial real estate transactions (80–90%) , with some residential work.
What You’ll Do:
Manage commercial and residential closings from contract to close
Review and analyze title commitments, surveys, lien searches, estoppels, and zoning
Prepare closing disclosures, settlement statements, deeds, bills of sale, affidavits, and loan documents
Coordinate due diligence, track critical dates, and maintain closing checklists
Communicate with clients, lenders, agents, and all parties involved
Resolve title and survey issues and coordinate funding/disbursements
E‑record documents and issue title policies
Review leases and abstract key provisions
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of real estate paralegal experience in a mid‑size or large firm
Ability to handle 25–30 active closings at once
Experience reviewing surveys and articulating issues to attorneys
SoftPro experience is a major plus
Strong tenure (4–6 years at firms preferred)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Experience with state/county real estate laws and customs
