Enter data into our systems accurately and efficiently Verify and correct any errors in the data Maintain and update databases as needed Organize and maintain physical and digital files Communicate with team members to ensure accurate data entry Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity Prepare and distribute reports based on data entered Follow data entry policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and security Other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Benefits
