Overview Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting and updating data into our company database. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong computer skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Input and update data into company database with speed and accuracy

Verify data by comparing it to source documents

Organize and maintain files and records

Ensure data is backed up regularly

Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness

Follow data entry procedures and policies to maintain data integrity

Keep sensitive information confidential

Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed

Other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role

Excellent typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Strong communication and organizational skills

Familiarity with real estate terminology is a plus
