Our client, a leading provider of insurance solutions for businesses and individuals, is seeking a Bilingual Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Bilingual Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative , you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the customer service team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and a customer-focused attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bilingual Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative Location: California Residents only Pay Range: $22 - $27/hr. Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM What's the Job?

Assist customers with questions and guidance regarding the company's website and processes

Interact with customers via phone to provide information about products and services

Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally

Support renters' insurance programs and tenant protection services

Maintain excellent phone etiquette and computer skills to ensure smooth communication

What's Needed?

P&C License Preferred

Bilingual - English & Spanish is required

Excellent computer skills and familiarity with online platforms

Ability to interact effectively with a diverse customer base

High school diploma or equivalent; no prior experience required
