Mango Salon is seeking goal-oriented Hair Professionals with a passion for hair and customer service to work with guests in our high-volume Aveda salons. Roles available: Full-time and Part-time experienced Hair Designers. Responsibilities
Conduct guest consultations, perform hair cutting, coloring and styling services including AVEDA rituals and practices. Shampoo, style, and service guests while maintaining a high level of customer care. Maintain and grow your clientele through networking and social media. Provide excellent service on the salon floor and contribute to a positive team environment. Follow Mango processes and software for consultations and service delivery. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED and VA cosmetology license. Significant competency in product knowledge and customer service. Strong communication skills and solution-focused approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team; ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Willingness to learn and adapt in a hands-on environment. Physical ability to stand/walk for sustained periods; ability to lift/push light weights up to 25 pounds; capable of bending, stooping, and reaching. Experience working with Aveda products is a plus. Personable and service-driven. Accountable; willing to learn Mango processes and participate in consultations and services (shampooing, cutting, coloring, highlighting, balayage, styling).
