As a Service Advisor, you will be vital in scheduling appointments, relaying important information about vehicle maintenance and repairs to customers, reviewing service history, while also providing and explaining accurate cost estimates. Assist customers/technicians/wholesale customers in selecting ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line. Carrying out additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression on the customer. Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries to assure customer needs are handled to best abilities. Determine availability of part, if not in stock, and submit overnight order if requested by the customer or advisor. Ensure that the daily inventory or technicians' time is consistently sold to customers. Set up part orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up Be friendly, professional and efficient when working with customers and co-workers Keep tidy workspace Maintain a professional, well-groomed, personal appearance
