Responsibilities:/pulliAssist customers/technicians/wholesale customers in selecting required parts, suggest companion requirements, offer specials, and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line./liliCarrying out additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression on the customer./liliProvide concierge support for all owner inquiries to assure customer needs are handled to best abilities./liliDetermine availability of part, if not in stock, and submit overnight order if requested by the customer or advisor./liliEnsure that the daily inventory or technicians time is consistently sold to customers./liliSet up part orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up./liliBe friendly, professional and efficient when working with customers and co-workers./liliKeep tidy workspace./liliMaintain a professional, well-groomed, personal appearance./li/ul/div
