SSNA is hiring an Agent Recruiter in Melville, NY. The recruiter will assist agents as they contract with various health insurance carriers, becoming an expert in contract processing procedures and related activities. Job Summary

As an Agent Recruiter, you will work closely with agencies, agents, the sales team, and other internal departments to ensure effective working relationships. While prior knowledge of insurance is not required, the ability to learn quickly, think critically, and solve problems is essential. The role involves significant data entry, requiring strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Primary Responsibilities

Recruit and engage agents: Actively seek new agents to join SSNA and maintain positive relationships with existing agents. Business growth: Collaborate with agents to expand their business within SSNA. Team collaboration: Work effectively with a close‑knit team of mentors to achieve common goals. Continuous learning: Adapt to new marketing strategies and techniques in the field. Career development: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and passion for growth, aiming to build a rewarding career within the company. Communication: Communicate clearly with team members, agents, and stakeholders. Administrative tasks: Perform basic computer tasks, including typing, data entry, and efficient use of Microsoft Office tools. Primary Skills & Requirements

Recruitment background preferred. Strong initiative and self‑starter. Team member mindset. Excellent communication skills. Basic computer skills (typing, Microsoft Office). Local requirement: Candidate must work onsite in Melville, NY. No relocation aid provided. Benefits
