
Overview
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, explaining the firm’s services, and guiding qualified leads through the intake and consultation process. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, empathetic, organized, and comfortable discussing sensitive legal matters while maintaining a client-first approach.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inbound leads (phone, email, and online inquiries)
Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients
Explain the firm’s services, fee structures, and next steps clearly and accurately
Assess client needs and determine appropriate referrals within the firm
Maintain accurate records in the firm’s CRM or case management system
Follow up with prospective clients to answer questions and support decision-making
Collaborate with attorneys and administrative staff to ensure a smooth onboarding process
Meet or exceed monthly conversion and revenue goals
Qualifications
Prior experience in sales, client intake, or consultative roles (legal, medical, or professional services preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and trust quickly
Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office technology
Experience in a law firm or legal intake role is a plus, but not required
Compensation Compensation:
$50,000+ per year
