We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our Investor Relations team. role is ideal for a professional who is energized by outreach, relationship-building, and the opportunity to contribute to the firm’s capital-raising efforts. You’ll play a key role in identifying and engaging potential Limited Partners, supporting the fundraising process, and assisting with a range of strategic and operational initiatives across the firm.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally in financial services, investment banking, private equity, or sales/business development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, client-facing demeanor. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools and databases. Self-starter with the confidence to initiate outreach and engage senior‑level professionals. Demonstrated interest in venture capital, startups, and/or the broader investment landscape. Additional Information
