About The Role We’re looking for an Associate Manager of Influencer Marketing to help build, manage, and scale Klook’s creator ecosystem in the U.S. and globally. This role sits at the intersection of creator relationships, community building, and performance-driven influencer marketing. You’ll be responsible for sourcing and developing creators, nurturing long-term partnerships, and helping turn top performers into true Klook ambassadors. This role is ideal for someone deeply embedded in the creator economy who understands both relationship-building and ROI.

Key Responsibilities Creator Partnerships & Community

Promote Klook’s brand vision through clear, consistent creator messaging and relationship management

Onboard and manage English-speaking creators in the U.S. and internationally, including in-destination creators living or traveling abroad, across organic and paid partnerships

Retain and grow our current creator base through strong communication, support, and ongoing partnership development

Support community initiatives (e.g., creator updates/newsletters, structured comms, creator support workflows)

Help organize creator-focused events in the U.S. and abroad for top creators

Talent Sourcing & Vetting

Actively source, evaluate, and recruit creators who align with Klook’s brand and performance goals

Own creator casting: creator discovery, fit assessment, vetting, outreach, and pitching partnerships

Build new relationships and identify top performers to elevate into long-term partners / Klook ambassadors

Performance & Insights

Track and analyze creator outreach and campaign performance (content results, engagement, conversion, ROI)

Pull key insights and learnings from creator content and performance to improve future strategy

Stay on top of creator trends, competitive activity, and best practices to level up our approach

Skills & Experience

2–5 years of influencer/creator marketing experience (brand or agency)

Strong interest in the creator economy, social content, and brand collaborations

Proven negotiation experience with creators (rates, deliverables, timelines, expectations)

Working knowledge of usage rights and whitelisting

Strong briefing skills - able to give creators direction while keeping content authentic

Data-savvy mindset, able to analyze results, write insights, and make clear recommendations

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Highly organized, proactive, positive, and adaptable

Nice to Have

Experience in travel category

Experience with revenue-share or affiliate programs
