Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and management of marketing programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, including creative, content, digital, etc.. AI Integration: Utilize AI technologies to optimize marketing campaigns, including predictive analytics, personalization, and automation. Identify and implement AI-driven tools and platforms to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency. Stay abreast of AI trends and innovations to continuously improve marketing strategies and processes. Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine marketing strategies, ensuring they are data-driven and aligned with overall business objectives. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and insights for program development. Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing programs using AI and analytics tools. Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization based on data analysis. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns. Foster strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure successful program delivery. Communicate complex AI concepts and marketing strategies to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively. Basic Qualifications: Education:
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Experience:
5+ years of experience in marketing program/project management. Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience with AI technologies and their application in marketing. Familiarity with Monday.com for project tracking and collaboration is preferred. Strong project management skills, including previous experience working in a Marketing organization. Open to adopting and leveraging AI technologies to streamline processes and drive operational excellence. Certification in project management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.). Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
