In this role, you’ll help coordinate and run Lenovo's key sales programs across regions, ensuring they are executed smoothly, consistently adopted, and clearly communicated.
You’ll work closely with Business Managers, Sales Leaders, and Geo Marketing and ABM teams to support programs that directly enable sales success.
This is a hands‑on execution role with clear operational ownership of sales programs, focused on delivery, coordination, and scale rather than brand‑building or creative‑only marketing.
This is a worldwide role with regional execution, focused primarily on Account‑Based Marketing programs, industry‑focused sales initiatives, and always‑on sales enablement motions.
You’ll also provide limited support for select partner sales programs.
The role is primarily execution‑focused, with opportunities over time to optimize programs and contribute strategic input based on execution insights.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable juggling multiple projects at once, and strong at meeting deadlines while working with cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the end‑to‑end execution of assigned sales programs, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are clearly managed.
Act as the central point of contact for worldwide sales programs, working across geos to drive consistent execution.
Support ABM (1:1, 1:few, and 1:many), vertical sales programs, and always‑on sales enablement initiatives.
Manage program rollouts with geo teams, adapting execution to regional needs while maintaining core program integrity.
Support a limited number of partner sales programs (excluding NVIDIA), aligned to Commercial priorities.
Partner closely with Business Managers and Sales Leaders to align programs with sales priorities and field needs.
Collaborate with Geo Marketing and ABM leaders to coordinate execution, readiness, and enablement.
Work with Product Marketing teams to ensure programs are supported by the right messaging, assets, and solution context.
Drive clear, consistent communication across all stakeholders regarding program objectives, timelines, updates, and outcomes.
Serve as a connective layer between worldwide strategy and geo‑level execution.
Track program performance against defined KPIs, including program adoption, usage, revenue influence, and geo participation.
Manage recurring reporting cadences and dashboards tailored to different stakeholder groups.
Consolidate geo feedback, performance insights, and execution learnings.
Identify execution gaps, adoption challenges, and optimization opportunities.
Support the evolution of program‑specific KPIs as programs mature.
Provide execution‑led insights to help refine and improve program design over time.
Share geo learnings and best practices to inform future program iterations.
Support light program ideation and optimization discussions, grounded in execution realities.
Help document playbooks, processes, and execution frameworks to improve scalability.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3‑5+ years of experience in field marketing, marketing project management, or a related role.

Proven ability to track and report performance across sales programs using dashboarding and analytics tools.
Experience establishing measurement frameworks for marketing and sales programs.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret program data, pipeline impact, and sales outcomes.
Ability to motivate others, navigate ambiguity, and collaborate effectively in decision‑making.
Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, teams, and geographies.
Clear, confident communicator, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated interest in growing from execution into light strategic contribution over time.
Key Skills
Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
