
Route Service Representative
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division.
Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.
The position is physical and fast‑paced, requiring indoor/outdoor work for delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service items.
Key Responsibilities
You are the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling products and services.
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while maintaining safety and professionalism.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
Active driver’s license.
At least 21 years of age.
DOT medical certification; must obtain prior to first day of employment.
Documentation of previous employment available.
Physical ability to meet the demands of the position; high school diploma, GED or equivalent; optional military service.
Strong customer service orientation, self‑motivation, teamwork, positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit.
