VICE Sports is seeking an Ad Sales Marketing Manager to support the growing demand from brand and agency partners looking to reach our audience through premium sports storytelling. This role bridges creative marketing and sales enablement—developing the materials, insights, and ideas that help our sales team sell smarter, faster, and more creatively. The ideal candidate has experience translating editorial and brand strategy into compelling sales narratives. You understand how to turn shows, talent, and IP into sellable opportunities. Key Responsibilities

Develop best-in-class sales materials: one-sheets, case studies, and presentation decks that clearly articulate our value across digital, social, and linear Build proactive sponsorship packages and branded content concepts that integrate VICE Sports’ premium programming and social franchises Respond to RFPs and inbound briefs in collaboration with Sales, Studios, and Marketing teams—owning strategy, positioning, and storytelling for each proposal Work closely with VTV AE and A+E Networks to align on pricing, audience insights, and programming priorities Create case studies that showcase performance, creativity, and client success Lead creative development for sizzles and sales videos, working with production and design teams to bring ideas to life Identify market opportunities and trends in the sports + culture ad landscape to inform new sales offerings and packaging Who You Are

4-6 years of experience in ad sales marketing, brand marketing, or creative strategy, ideally within a media company or agency Strong storytelling and deck-building skills—you know how to make data and creative ideas work together Deep understanding of digital and social sponsorships, branded content, and multi-platform media Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and production teams Excellent communicator with ability to write, pitch, and present with clarity/confidence Passion for sports, culture, and the kind of storytelling that challenges conventions. • Knowledge of social performance metrics, analytics, and paid/organic best practices. Salary

Salary: $90,000-$110,000 (flexible based on experience level)
