RMS is looking for a Retail Account Coordinator to join our client services team by ensuring seamless communication, project execution, and client satisfaction. In this role, you get to:

Serve as the main contact and overall company expert for at least one continuity account, providing regular status updates of each account, writing all necessary account procedures and recaps, regularly touring stores and conducting quarterly analysis to identify additional revenue opportunities

Develop clear, concise and accurate project documents, which allow the flawless execution of services

Support Account Managers by completing photo review, comment review and auditing submitted reports to ensure accuracy. Follow up with reps as needed to ensure performance meets expectations

Analyze and recap reports with clients throughout service delivery in order to allow for essential, actionable feedback

Ensure field rep coverage is obtained utilizing RMS reps as well as third party merchandisers when needed

Answer all service questions from office staff and field reps submitted via the web portal, email and phone

Creates and fosters positive relationships with all internal and external contacts including RMS peers and managers, as well as clients and potential clients. Ensure that all interactions and communications are timely, professional, and respectful

Requirements

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in business or related field

A minimum of 1-3 years previous experience working for a big box retailer in an Team Lead or equivalent role

Strong understanding of retail best practices, procedure and systems are essential

Candidates must possess strong organizational skills coupled with the ability to manage multiple high priority initiatives simultaneously. Additionally, outstanding analytical abilities and a dedication to continuous improvement through technology and process are essential

Strong business communication abilities, including written , verbal and presentation are critical to this position, in addition to being very detail oriented and possessing an expertise in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

We are looking for someone to work Monday-Friday, 9-5:30pm. This is a hybrid position after your first 90 days, hybrid schedule will be discussed further in the interview process. The pay range for this position is $54,000 - $57,000 annually. Pay is determined by a variety of factors, including skills, qualifications and experience.
