
Position Summary
The Sales Coordinator supports the Sales team by managing CRM bid activity, maintaining accurate sales pipeline data, and providing reporting and administrative support. This role ensures bid opportunities are properly tracked, documented, and communicated to support effective sales execution. Duties and Responsibilities
Review, qualify, and assign incoming CRM leads in coordination with Sales and management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data for leads, opportunities, and pipeline status. Consolidate leads into opportunities and ensure completeness of project information. Review project documents to capture preliminary project scope and opening counts. Assist with bid folder setup, plan downloads, and document organization. Track addendums and document revisions and notify Sales of changes prior to bid deadlines. Ensure bid documents and quotes are properly labeled and filed for awarded projects. Support sales pipeline management, bid follow-up, and opportunity status updates. Produce reports and analytics for leadership. Order bid bonds, attend bid openings as needed, and assist with special projects. Work Relationships and Scope
Works closely with General Managers, Assistant General Managers, and Sales team members. Supports CRM, bid management, and reporting activities across assigned regions. Qualifications
High School Diploma required; minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or office administration. Construction industry experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems. Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and time-management skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Working Conditions
Office-based role in a controlled indoor environment. Frequent computer, phone, and email use. May require travel and use of a company vehicle. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. High level of interaction with internal teams and external partners. General
