We’re seeking a a Channel Partner Manager, ADP to own and expand our strategic partnership with ADP across assigned regions and sales segments. This is a high-impact, field-facing role responsible for driving sourced pipeline, increasing seller engagement, and accelerating revenue through tight alignment with ADP sales teams and ecosystem stakeholders.
This is a high-visibility, field-facing role with responsibilities spanning relationship management, sales collaboration, and cross-functional coordination.
What you will do
Own and grow relationships with assigned ADP sales teams, leaders, and partner stakeholders across defined territories and segments (e.g., GES, Major Accounts, Mid-Market, SMB).
Serve as the trusted Payactiv advisor to ADP, ensuring alignment on value proposition, sales motion, and mutual growth objectives.
Build executive-level relationships within ADP to strengthen long-term strategic alignment
Collaborate with partner and internal sales teams to co-sell and close deals.
Build and execute partner outreach and engagement strategies to drive consistent lead generation and sourced pipeline.
Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities within ADP through outbound activity, rep engagement, and territory planning. Track and manage partner health, opportunities, and activities in CRM.
Act as a Payactiv subject-matter expert on EWA, financial wellness, and competitive positioning within ADP conversations.
Monitor partner health, engagement levels, and conversion metrics
What you need
2+ years of experience in fintech, HCM, consulting, business development, or partner/sales roles.
Proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Experience creating revenue-generating alliances and partnerships.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Proactive, self-starting, and results-driven mindset.
Payroll or ADP experience is a plus.
Ability to travel
