
Overview
Are you looking for an Outside Sales position with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry? Hibu offers uncapped commissions while still providing a base salary and full benefits. The role is ideal for those transitioning into sales and includes best‑in‑class training to help you win and grow your career.
Compensation Year 1 on‑target earnings between $90,000 and $100,000, with the ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 2 on‑target earnings between $105,000 and $125,000.
Base Salary: $46,000.

Responsibilities
Selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model, including websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, and SEO
Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
Perform virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects
Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
