Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Creative Director, Art to lead our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative direction, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for innovation. As a Creative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of creative concepts that align with brand vision and marketing objectives.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Conceptual with an emphasis on storytelling and creative direction that works in any medium (Print, Digital, Social and Experiential).

- Persuasive and eloquent to sell your creative solution both internally and externally on how it solves the client challenge. This means leading rock-solid pitch efforts and presentation prowess.

People Leader
- Responsible for and oversee their respective department.
- Interview, select, and supervise the activities of the department staff; communicate and discuss company policies and procedures with the team.
- Determine job objectives, work methods and performance standards; review performance relative to departmental objectives, conduct performance appraisals, authorize salary changes, promotions, transfers, discipline, and discharge, and administer all other personnel actions.
Qualifications (Preferred)
- 12+ years of digital, print, traditional and trade marketing experience.
- Two+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical marketing (drug launch and oncology experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and all that it entails: disease state and product science, therapeutic industry standards, legal & regulatory restrictions and competitive markets.
- Knowledge and background in working closely with pharma clients.
- Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent in education + experience).
- Book of strategic and beautiful work.
- Management and supervisory skill set; sense of humor.
- An understanding of both the creative and strategic aspects of advertising and leadership.
