About the Position: Our client, a Midwest-based national law firm, is seeking a real estate attorney with 4-8 years of experience handling construction and finance transactions to join its Chicago office as an associate. This dynamic practice group has a national platform and attorneys in the group play a key role in structuring and closing sophisticated deals for leading developers, investors, and institutions.

Responsibilities:

• Represent real estate owners and developers (national and regional) in all aspects of purchase, sale, leasing, development, and construction
• Represent lenders in financing matters, including construction and acquisition loans

Required Qualifications:

• 4-8 years of real estate experience, including significant experience with finance, lending, and construction transactions
• Strong academic credentials

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid flexibility)

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $220,000 – $300,000.
